HaXiuXiu provides services including discovery of creators and works, content display, interactions, creator applications, work submissions, and collection of co-creation ideas.

Some features may be limited by account status, eligibility, region, or review results. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the services when reasonably necessary for operations, security, compliance, or product changes.

When using specific features, you must also follow applicable special rules and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or future updates, stop using the relevant services.

When registering or using a HaXiuXiu account, you must provide true, accurate, and complete information and update it when it changes.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account, password, and verification codes, and for activities conducted through your account. You may not transfer, sell, rent, share your account, impersonate another person, or create false accounts.

If you discover unauthorized use or unusual login activity, contact us promptly. We may require reasonable identity verification or security checks to protect the account.

Minors or persons with limited civil capacity should use relevant services with the consent and guidance of a guardian.

When using the platform, you must comply with applicable law, respect the lawful rights and interests of others, and take responsibility for content you publish, upload, or submit.

You may not post unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, violent, or otherwise improper content; impersonate others; send spam; manipulate interactions; disrupt platform order; bypass access restrictions; probe vulnerabilities; introduce malicious software; or compromise platform security.

Work submission, co-creation, and community features may be subject to additional rules. For violations of law or platform rules, HaXiuXiu may restrict visibility, remove content, suspend features, or terminate services.

To protect platform security, normal operations, and users’ lawful interests, HaXiuXiu may reasonably adjust, restrict, suspend, or terminate parts of the services.

If a user violates law, these Terms, or related rules, HaXiuXiu may restrict features, remove content, suspend, or terminate the account. If service is interrupted because of maintenance, security risks, or force majeure, we will make reasonable efforts to restore it.

Users are responsible for their own published, uploaded, or submitted content and conduct. HaXiuXiu remains responsible for liabilities imposed on it by law and does not exclude or limit liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.

After services end, provisions that should continue by law, including intellectual property, liability, and dispute provisions, remain effective.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in laws, services, or operations. Updated terms and their effective date will be published on this page.

For changes materially affecting users’ rights and interests, we will provide notice through page prompts, in-platform notices, or other reasonable means. If you do not agree to an update, stop using the relevant services.

These Terms are interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China. In the event of a dispute, the parties should first seek an amicable resolution; if no resolution is reached, the dispute will be handled according to law.
